I went to Carls Jr for lunch and pulled into the drive thru with four cars in front of me I waited 40 minutes ans when I finally got to the window I waited for five minutes and no one ever answered so I drove off. when I called to complain the manager on duty said" you did not pay for your food so what did you lose?" Worst place ever this is not my first bad experience with this location it is also very dirty inside and has horrible customer service. The blatant disrespect for a persons time is upsetting I did explain they are suppose to be fast food and explained I could have gone to a restaurant and sat down and had quicker service and all I wanted was acknowledgement that this was not a proper way to run a fast food place.

Carl's jr. In Lomita very unprofessional went to the drive-thru tried to speak with them they kept saying speak louder when I tried to they laugh they thought it was funny a complaint to the manager he hung up so I figured that I better call corporate when I did I sent my complaint to corporate but I haven't got a response yet that's been 2 days I think they're very unprofessional and for the money it cost to pay for their food I don't think it's worth it anymore


I have a solution for you. Go somewhere else.

But thank you for the review. I will go somewhere else as well.
