My husband and I came to the drive-thru and ordered number 11 when we got home. The order was completely burnt to the point of the worst sandwich I have ever had in my life. I took a picture of it. I called the store to let them know how our sandwiches were and was treated completely poorly and the manager was extremely rude. Argumentative kept insisting that we ordered the number 10 when I heard my husband say number 11 and I even said number 11 and I told him that our sandwiches were burnt and he was rude to me and I've been in the services of the food industry before and I know that customers are not to be treated that way. The response should have been from him. I'm sorry for your experience and I apologize. How can I make this right for you. His name is Alexander Rodriguez and he was the biggest jerk I have ever spoken to over the phone before. I don't even know why he is a manager if he cannot treat customers. With respect, instead of arguing his point and then proceeding to say if you come in and give me the sandwiches I will then make you the ones you want. And I explained to him that my husband was just hurt at work and cannot come in right now. But we do have pictures and he says so you ate them and I said yes. Yes we did. Or I might have said no. I threw him away. I have no idea. I was so angry but anyways he treated us unfairly poorly and we are feeling like we are never going back and we've been going to Carl's Jr for over 10 years

Complaint

I placed an order at Carls juniors in Santa Maria, California betteravia Road and as I was giving them my order and went to the window. I made an error and I heard one of the workers say (now what) it was so unprofessional just a heads up you know we are customers and we deserve better customer service, professional us customers pay for food, which is their income, you guys need to guide more the restaurants and hire more professional supervisors

Overcharged

The issue was never resolved. It seems as if nobody really cares about customer service! In my case, it also seems like employees are stealing cash from customers by "padding" the receipt.

Ordered the jalapeño double cheeseburger when I got home there was no jalapeños and the cheese is supposed to be pepper jack and they had the yellow cheese so I went back the next day with the burger and the manager approached me and I said well this is not what I ordered so I brought it back. it's just the principle of the thing that I ordered what I ordered and that's what I want and she was very rude and in a way that you could tell that she didn't wanna deal with me got the burger and handed it to me. I said thank you and she didn't say one word back to me. My family and friends will skip that location they need better customer service skills User's recommendation: Demand they have a complaint number that works

Complaint on order and employees

How many times should I ask for what I want? After I explained that I wanted an egg and cheese biscuit without meat, four times, and the combo of whatever price was showing on the board, she asked me again what size combo and confirming egg and cheese without meat. My response was if I have to respond to you four times for a simple order and as I turned around, she just waved, could careless. You don't get $10 for service like that. 8a @ 12165 Lioness Way, Parker, CO

Bad service

I always spe d in between fourth to fifty dollers in your store in blythe California. When I ask for sauces your employees have a attitude. This morning I asked four ranch and four Buffalo. The lady said ok and acted like she put the sauces in the bag. I got home and only had two. Now mind u now I order fifty to fourty dollers worth of food and your employees act like it's a big deal to give me sauces. I ordered jalapeño poppers and fries. My kids love your sauces. So yes I. Disappointed that my kids didn't get what they wanted. And the fact the lady acted like she put the sauce in the bag upset me. I meen I spend that much money can I get sauce?. It was at four in the morning in blythe california..California... seriously is your company going to go under because I asked for four sauces. WOW AND MY NAME IS RONNIE SUFFLE. I don't care if they know I complained.

Not impressed

I have been at the boron California Carls Jr and the was the first time ever being in one my first visit I had my order overlooked and had to wait. My second visit the ice tea was bad had to wait again. And for the last three days I have wanted a shake but no shakes I get a different answer on way they dont have shakes. I thought I was at a McDonalds instead. So I not sure I will visit and more of your restaurants. And u probably do t care if I do. Very disappointed
