I had ordered a meal and after half ways eating it the bread was molded from the bottom. I went in person and all was given was refund. And an employee told me that it has been to hot in which I told them that it was not an excuse snd they all need to be more aware and careful when handling food because law suits can occur

Placed order on the drive-through I was asked to park in front of the restaurant and they forgot about me. My food was never delivered.

I was on my way to a schedule appointment

And decided to stop by and grab a combo from Carls Jr. since I did not have much time I would think it was gonna be something quick

I only had about 25 minutes to get to my appointment.

Im at the drive-through and I placed my order.

When I got to the window, Id pay for my order

And the lady gave me my drink and she asked me if I want any condiments and I said yes let me get some ketchup and ranch

And then she asked me to go park in front of the restaurant in the spot that is right in front of the restaurant

So I did I drove to the front and I found the spot in front of the front. I parked there. There was not a lot of cars. I dont understand why they keep doing this when they move you from the drive-through window in the park spot.

So I did that the first five minutes passed by and I seen a couple of cars that also came out of the drive-through in the storm parking right next to me

Within the next 10 minutes of 2 cars got their food and they left and I waited a couple more minutes and I dont see nobody coming out

So I go inside the restaurant

The lady had a couple people that she was handling so Im waiting standing there in front of her and she looked at me a couple times

After she was done with her customers, and I said to her, I havent received my food and then I told her there was a couple cars that came after me that they already got their food they left and I want to know whats going on

And shes like oh did you order the chicken stars

And I said no

I ordered a famous star combo

I already have a drink

And Ive been waiting outside for 15 minutes now

And then she starts looking at her screen scrolling through all the orders.

She cannot find my order. I dont know whats going on.

By this time, Im already a little man and Im upset because Im hungry and I need to go. I cannot wait anymore.

Then I see the lady at the restaurant she asked her cook. Have you made a famous star

And they all look surprised like they dont know what shes talking about

I already knew they had forgot about me

So I walked out.

I didnt even get my money. I didnt even have my money back.

I was so upset. I know theyre busy but at the time that I placed my order there was not a lot of cars.

I just dont want what happened. Obviously they charge me for what I order and they gave me my drink, but they never came out with my food Im very disappointed With their customer service.

User's recommendation: Never visit that call nor any other one they do not discipline their employees. Their employees are very disrespectful to others I wouldn’t go there. And spend my money.

I ordered from Carl's Junior drive-through, Rotorua, New Zealand, 3 Western Bacon Burger combos. The sauce is totally disgusting (flavour is beyond anything ever tasted before, like it was retrieved from the rubbish bin after going off over time), the burgers were cold, and the fries were disgusting and cold.

The only nice thing was the thick shakes, which we purchased separately. I spent $68.97 on the entire order. I will never come back, and I will publicly share this over Facebook and other streams, as not only is your food disgusting, but the prices are beyond a rip-off. I have kept one burger intact, as I want to send it to the authorities to get them to diagnose it if it was made with deteriorated food products.

We were sick after eating it. I have asked the company to contact me.

An update for all of you whom appear to either be intoxicated or on some form of hallucinogenic drug prior to placing your misguided comments on here. Firstly, thank you to Pissedconsumer as Carls Jr did provide a full refund.

As for my age, i am in my 50’s almost 60, so am not a minor. In regard to the comments about finances, we are holding our own on that, a house, three cars, boat, children and employment so we can afford what we intend to purchase. If you read the original statement, we normally always cook our own healthy food at home. We also have a vegetable garden that provides fresh vegetables all year around and friends that own farms that provide fresh home kill meat, not over processed stuff that most of you, i assume, would regularly buy from a supermarket or shop.

In regard to the burger. we are now 7 months along from the original incident. It is still sitting on top of a cupboard, looking exactly like it did, the day it was purchased. Never refrigerated since then.

So go figure, what sort of product is in your fast-food that most of you probably survive with? With that said, use pissed consumer for the tool it is, respect it and stop second guessing others misfortune. One day you may need this site.

Thanks again Pissed Consumer. We may be in New Zealand but your impact is far reaching, a global service.

You have no documentation of seeking medical treatment or any diagnosis. You also have no proof of storage and conditions if you really are having anything analyzed.

And it’s funny for the burger tasting like it came out of the rubbish bin, you showed no concern in consuming the shakes.

Weren’t you the least bit concerned of an all around lack of worker hygiene, food handling, food storage or other contamination? Nice try.

considering the day the product was purchased was the same day i commented and it was a weekend, no doctors open in our neck of the woods, documentation is a bit difficult to get. I was in a drive through and took the order home so no chance to inspect the restaurant for hygiene.

Storage, said burger, is currently in the fridge awaiting outcome. It looks exactly the same as the day we purchased it, now 4 days later, that says a lot about the quality of the product.

I won’t call it food, because normal food state alters when refrigerated unlike this product that hasn’t. The shakes tasted ok, unlike the food.

If you have intelligence and are capable of reading a post prior to commenting, you may have noticed this line in my Statement, The only nice thing was the thick shakes, WHICH WE PURCHASED SEPARATELY.” In regard to liking the food, We didn’t hence the post. In regard to financial difficulty, i own a construction company that provides a good income. So when you jump in and make an uneducated comment, please take the time to read and understand it fully prior to commenting.

Then again, your lack of intelligence must come from your parents. They were probably SLOW as well. I doubt you own a construction company.

If you did, you would not be lying about the food making you sick to get a refund. You are just upset that you were caught lying and insulting others due to your parents not raising you right.

The prices are a rip off and i calculated it as about 40.00 but after have to pay separately for the shakes it bumped it up.

Drive thru disrespect and wrong order and no receipt given,and overcharged

Went thru drive thru and worker was so disrespectful got my order wrong twice and then she over charged my card and provided no sales reciept,all I received was a neck roll and more attitude

Manager mistreating employees with several witnesses

Don't go to this place they are forcing employees to work while sick passing contamination through food itself

As I was in line at the Carl's Jr. on Valencia in Tucson, Arizona, I overheard the manager telling an employee they were going to find someone else because he's already struggling.

That employee he was referring to actually happened to be sick, and we all agree we don't want anyone sick handling our food. The employee he was speaking to is actually a favorite here. I know who he was speaking to because of other employees in shock about not being able to miss work if you are sick. The manager, Alfonso, showed no empathy and blamed that employee for her struggles; her name is Yolanda.

Yolanda made this ship sail a little smoother, and the disrespect and negligence on her manager's behalf, along with the malicious intent to force an employee to work while sick, risking everyone else's health, including employees and customers, is downright distasteful and inhumane. Hopefully, someone can step in and do something about this; otherwise, you may face greater consequences in the future due to pure negligence, retaliation, and a superiority complex of one manager, Alfonso.

User's recommendation: Never come to this carls jr until its properly managed and we know employees are not forced to work while sick or they'll lose their job.

People who use this site to complain can never win with the trolls. Had this been a complaint about Yolanda and praise for the manager, the troll remarks would have been the same. As I said, people who try to utilize this site get the same garbage comments from the usual gang of id!ots that seem to live here.
